He priced our home perfectly and within 72 hours, we had 3 competitive offers on the table. Behind the scenes, his staff, worked tirelessly to makes sure all of the administrative tasks were efficiently handled. During our months of searching for our new home, Steve Simmons and his team advised us of suitable neighborhoods that we were unaware of and took us only to homes that met our criteria; they did not try to show us everything and anything on the market. They didn’t give up on us, and they kept us in the hunt during an extended period of few suitable available homes. Eventually we made an offer and it was accepted, but when we became concerned about hazards threatening the property, they referred us to specialists who investigated for us, and when our fears were confirmed, they assisted us in withdrawing our offer, even though it meant losing the sale. When we found another home, their experienced advice helped us follow a strategy to a successful escrow closing, and they put us in contact with the contractors we needed to fix up our new home. Because of their professional guidance and advice, and the patience and the responsive communication that we received, were we able to locate and buy a home during a long period of few suitable offerings, and follow it with the successful sale of our former home in a time when availability had increased significantly.

I am usually skeptical of reviews that put five stars across the board, but Steve deserves them. Steve helped us both buy our current house and sell our former house. He has an excellent knowledge of the local area and seemed to know every real estate agent that we came across. He definitely fought for our interests, but does so with 100% honesty and integrity, which is very important to us. He was able to negotiate in a way that pushed hard for our asks without offending the other side. I was able to get an immediate response day or night. I negotiate contracts and deal with legal matters on a daily basis and initially considered trying to buy a house myself. In retrospect, I can honestly say that we would never have been successful buying our house without Steve. He was able to walk us through the trickier elements of the process and clearly articulate everything in a way that we could understand. The key decisions were always left to us, but Steve did an excellent job of highlighting the key issues. Buying and selling a home are an enormous financial transaction for most people and I could not recommend anyone more highly to help than I recommend Steve.
